  1. Do you know if there are other tanks that will work with the AMVS?

    • Hi Aron,

Technically, other 510 threaded tanks will work, but due to the fixed wattage output of the AMVS, your experience will vary. I’d suggest sticking to the Crios unless you are experienced with ohm’s law and knowing how a coil build interacts with wattage.

  2. It says the 0.25 ohm coil is recommended. Is there any reason why I shouldn’t use the 0.65 ohm coil?

    • Hi Aron,

Higher ohm coils will be hotter and likely burnt tasting. Stick to the .25ohm unless you don’t mind a hotter vape.

      • Thanks for the reply. I have a follow up question. The .25 coil has a range of 30-50w and the .65 coil that comes with the standalone tank and kroma kit has a range of 35-65w. The specs I’ve read for the AMVS on the site I purchased it from states it has a max wattage output of 65w. Does this mean it’s always running at 65w? Isn’t this to high for the .25 coil?

Sorry if these questions are dumb, I’m very new to the vaping world!

        • Hey Aron,

No, your questions aren’t dumb! The AMVS uses unregulated battery output. This means that the more the battery is charged, the higher your watts will be. As you vape, your voltage level on your battery will decrease, as will your wattage. This means the AMVS will gradually decrease from 65W until the battery dies. Hope this makes sense :)

  3. Where do I get replacement silicone seals for this thing? I’ve changed the coil once and already the lower orange silicone seal is stretched out too far.

  4. I just received this item yesterday. When I first put e-liquid in it it wouldn’t pull at all and i still can’t figure out what the problem was. I let my friend mess with it and he got it to actually hit and produce smoke. I refilled it today and the exact same thing is happening. Can anyone tell me how to get it to work? The instructions don’t help at all.

    • Hello Dexavier,

Sounds like an easy fix. Make sure the airflow ring is fully open to allow air to pass into the coil. If it’s closed, it will be very tight, hot, and won’t produce much vapor.

  5. The battery just died on the unit. How do I replace it?

    • Hi DJ,

Unfortunately the battery has to be fully replaced. If it’s out of the warranty period (90 days since purchase), our support will likely recommend you to purchase a new kit or spare battery. Check for kits available for purchase our email our support at if it’s still within warranty period for a warranty replacement. Sorry for the trouble and hope you have an excellent start to your New Year. Cheers.

  6. How do you replace the coil?
