  7. Hello,
I’m torn between a cool fire iv plus or waiting on this new device. I really want to quit smoking soon and If anyone could give me a ballpark on when the new chip model will release I might wait for this one otherwise I’ll buy the plus.
    Thank you!

    Thank you ,
Innokin really are the best .

  13. thanks how much will the complete kit with tank cost in the us

  14. Hi i currently have the cool fire 4 With the isub g tank and love it but i find myself wondering what exactly the difference is between a TC mod and the one i have. Currently it seems as though my vape tastes great at first and then the flavor fades, will something like this help get a bigger hit without burning the throat or juice? Thanks!

    • Hi Brandon.

Temperature control specifically aims to eliminate dry/burnt nasty hits and smooth out your vape experience. With TC, you should never get a bad taste from your atomizer, and the vape should feel more consistent as the vapor production stays at a certain temperature instead of climbing temperature nonstop until the button is released.

      Hope this helps!

      • Thats the info i was looking for! One more thing, is there a specific tank required for accurite TC settings or does TC control the ammount/power coming from the mod? And will tc work well with other tanks as i have a smok with tripple coil a friend gave me. Thanks for your awesome help!

  15. Is there still a release for the new disrupter tc and is it a long way till its release as I cannot find and info on the update status thanks

  16. When will these be available to purchase
And how much will it cost for the kit??

  17. Hi Guys,

Very keen to purchase this. Have you heard if any distributors here in Australia will be stocking them?

  18. Hi there,

I just bought this vapouriser and this is the first time to buy this kind of product in order to quit smoking.

I have a quick question regarding the e-liquid. What exactly do I need to do when I change the e-liquid flavour that I’m using (say after a week, I want to try new flavour)? do I need to use a new coil and wash tank or what exactly? I would appreciate your response.

    • Hi Mohamed. You are exactly correct!

To get the best flavor out of your coils, I recommend dedicating one flavor to each coil, and to swap them out and wash your tank with each flavor change.

      Thank you!

  19. Okay I just ordered mine from MVS to replace my Endura T22 but does anyone have any recommendations for a reliable 2A charger? I’ve checked my chargers around the house and none of them are 5V/2A. I have two turbo chargers which I don’t trust because they boost voltage massively when they think they’re on a turbo charge device, I have a 5.2V/1.35A, a bunch of 5V/1A, and my iPad charger is 5.2V/2.4A

The chargers on Amazon are all 2.1 or 2.4A and finding one that has decent reviews that’s in spec is proving very difficult. I don’t want to ruin my new device so any help would be appreciated, thanks.

  20. Power bounce is the main thing I don’t like about TC, it looks like Innokin is trying to address this problem.

I’ll wait for some of the more technically oriented reviewers, like pbusardo and DJLsbvapes, to take a look at this one before I buy this one.

  21. When will the flush 510 version be released because I’ve been watching the reviews and vaping fagen mentioned that’s there will be a flush model released soon and I’m dying to by this but only when it’s be fixed

  22. I purchased the cool fire iv tc 100 kit with the isub v on Friday the 29th of April today is the 3rd of May and I have had nothing but trouble with it iv got the same problem has Brandon in the other comments the centre of the isub sticks and the juice floods the coil it’s really bad I just as well be drinking it just throwing money down the drain I been through the proper channels and complained about it and have had no reply iv left a number of comments about this problem and they are nowhere to be seen if I see this frank drop me a mail I am at braking point about this and not getting any help :(

  23. Does the Innokin iSub APEX5 Sub Ohm Tank work with this mod? Or is the iSub V a better tank? Is there a 5ml version of of the iSub V coming out?

I’m ready to buy this but I’m not sure what tank to get and I’d prefer a larger tank than 3ml.

    • Hi Dave.

The Apex5 does indeed work with this mod. There is also a larger capacity iSub V in the works.

You can opt for a TC100W express kit and another iSub tank if the original iSub V isn’t to your liking.

      Thank you!

  24. Hello

What strength juice should i buy for this?

  25. Hi, just purchased one of these units really pleased with it. Does anyone what the larger clear plastic o rings are for, the smaller ones seem to be for the mouth piece, but unsure about the larger ones? There isn’t any info in the manual.

  26. The coil in the kit is in a black bag which the manual says can be used for wattage only. Does this mean i have to buy a coil now to use the temperature control? I thought i would be able to do this straight away? Thanks

  27. I was wondering the samething I been debating the last few days I have the original cool fire IV and the atomizer had a tiny space between the mod and the atomizer moves a little bit was this fixed on the new cool fire tc100 ?

  28. I have just purchased the TC Plus …. This mod is the best I have tried responsive and accurate . A must buy

  29. I got the cf IV tc100 about a week ago I was wondering if the battery is defective or something what happens is when its done charging I got it set to 60 w at 380 degrees f
Its OK but when I plug it back in to charge while vaping it hits like a dream at 55w 320degrees 60watts difference do they all do that or is my battery crapped out ? When its running on the battery its kinda low powered or something please let me know your thoughts thank you martso

  30. Hi, I am little confused. my coils keep burning out. I brought a cool fire tc 100. it came with Kanthal coils. unlike most I have seen who seem to have ss coils that come with the device. it says on the packet, 20w-35w 0.50hm but my mod is 100 watt. is it safe to vape on this coil at say 50 60 watts? or am I limited to 35 watts? thanks

    • Hi Rob,

Your mod is capable of 100w, but that does not mean you should vape every coil at a high wattage. All coils have a wattage range that they work best at. Think of it like an automobile; most cars have the capability of going up to 120 MPH, but you generally stay within the recommend speed limit when driving. The same applies to vaping. Think of the coil wattage range as your speed limit.

Stay within the 20-35w range for your SS coils. The most they can handle before getting burnt is about 40W. I like them around 28W best personally.

      Hope this helps.

  31. Hi, i was wondering is there a power bank that will charge this mod?

  32. Hi, I just recently bought 1 of these, I thought it was very good, I have only had this for 3 days and it won’t turn on, I haven’t dropped it and it hasn’t had any damage done, when I triple tap the fire button, it only shows me 3 different colored lights, the screen on the front of the device will not turn on, please help, what’s wrong with it

  33. have just obtained a cool fire but I want to ask what would be a good ratio juice to use am currently using a smok with a 70/30 vg/pg mix or can I just use over the counter standard mix
    thanks in advance

    • Hey Glenn,

70/30 vg/pg is a perfectly fine mix to use. Generally, the more VG in juice, the thicker the juice and more vapor you get. PG increases throat hit, and makes liquid thinner. It’s entirely personal preference, but most people like 70vg 30pg as a standard.

Thanks for supporting Innokin! Happy vaping!

  34. Dear,

I got the coolfire IV tc100 as a gift from london, at first i had a problem with the isub v tank leakage, so i decided to replace it with the aspire athos tank, i wana ask if its safe to use it with any other tank with the same connector, and should i use it on the W mode if i am using any other tank ?

Anothers question, should i check from time to time the batteries and take them off ?

Wich charger is recomended to use bcz i found on the manual its written its better to use a 5v2A charger , and on the website 1A is recomended so wich one ?

    Thanks alot.

    • Hi Walid,

Yes, it’s safe to use the TC100 with other tanks.

The TC100 can use both 5V2A and 5V1A chargers, it’s up to you. The 2A will charge faster.

When using other tanks, check what kind of coils they’re using, and use the respective mode on your TC100.

  35. I just got mine less than a month ago on holiday in England, now I am back in the states I cannot get the Coolfire TC100 to charge. Don’t know what to do since i am back in the states now. Very annoyed I spent all that money on it for it not to charge. Not happy with this vape at all.

    • Hi Janna,

As it’s been under three months since you’ve purchased your TC100, you are covered by our warranty. Please contact as soon as you can with a brief description of your issue plus proof of purchase and they’ll help you begin your warranty claim. I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you.

  36. I am having a hard time with my coils burning. I literally have to replace my coils daily. I’m using the isub v with the coolfire IV TC100. I’m buying innokin 0.5 ohms and I’m doing as per the instructions (leaving my coil sit for 5 mins after putting in 3-5 drops of juice) than I am slowly turning the temp up starting at 6.5 watts over 20 mins going up to 20 watts. I’m using premium e-juice and am going threw 5-6 coils every week.
Why am I burning threw the coils? I do not like the taste of burnt.

    • Hi Kelsey,

It’s likely the e-juice you are using is high in sweeteners. Many e-juice companies will use artificial sweeteners to make their juice more enjoyable, but at a cost of severely limiting coil life. I’d recommend finding another juice if you don’t want to replace coils so often.

  37. what is the different liquid capacities of tanks for this vape? I have a new one but small capacity tank “iSub VE tank whats larger?

    • Hi David,

Any 510 compatible tank will work with the TC100, however, the Innokin iSub line offers many different options in regards to mL capacity. The largest is the iSub Apex 5mL, with the iSub S coming in at second with 4.5mL. A more modern line of tanks we make, the Scion, can hold 4mL+ of eliquid with the large glass option.

  38. Hi
Is this a firmware upgradable?, and if so from where can i get the firmware for it?. thanks.

  39. Hi Frank,

I just started to use the TC 100 on temp control mode using SS coils. I set the Temp very low, at 300F but for the first maybe 10 times I vaped I didn’t change the default ramp up heating that was set at 100W. Thus, was getting a pretty nasty burnt taste. I finally realized how to change the ramp up, so I set it to 35W instead. Hitting much better now, though flavor isn’t spectacular, now I’m not sure if maybe I burned the coil when I had the ramp-up setting dialed so high. Shouldn’t the ramp up setting just get you to the Temp setting faster? Seems it overshot 300F by far when it was set to 100w.

    • Hey Nick,

300F is quite low, so when you hit the coil at a full 100W it likely immediately rose past that amount and then settled back down. When using pre-boost ramp up, try to set it to a setting that is appropriate for your temperature for it to work its best.

  40. Is anyone else experiencing a rapid use of vape oil? I am not drinking the stuff, nor vaping heavily, but I seem to go through 10mls in about 2 days – which I don’t think is normal…

    Any thoughts?

    • Hi Paul,

Liquid consumption is based on many variables, such as length of draw, wattage/voltage settings, tank and coil type, etc. 10mL in 2 days does not sound rapid, it sounds fairly average.

  41. I have 2 questions. 1, is the coil that comes installed with this unit the same one as the extra that comes with it? 2, how does the noise cancellation property work? I thought it would be very quiet but i am getting lots of popping and crackling.
    Thank you.

    • Hey Becky!

      1. Yes, they are identical.

      2. Noise cancellation refers to the chip inside the device, not the coil. The crackling and popping you describe is caused by dried e-liquid coagulating on the cotton inside of the coil, which is a fairly normal occurrence if you let your tank sit with e-liquid in it overnight. Hope this helps!

  42. Hi, my Innokin cool fire iv tc100 won’t fire the coil. It recognises several different atomisers, ohms etc it even counts when pushing button but will not fire the coil. Any ideas on how to fix or what might be wrong? The shop i bought it from are not interested in knowing as its out of warranty. Cheers.

    • Hi Jamie,

Check the mod’s 510 pin and threading. Clean the threading thouroughly with a cotton swab and make sure the pin isn’t damaged to depressed too far into the mod.

  43. My cool fire iv will not charge, light up, or prompt me to 3 click power on. I wave tried all different types of charging methods. What is the issue?

    • Hi Jeff,

When did you purchase the CF TC100? If it won’t charge with multiple different charging methods, it sounds like the internal battery has died. You can try leaving it on a charger for a while (attended!) to see if the battery just reached a critically low voltage instead. In that case, it will take a long time for the battery to trickle back up to standard voltage levels. If it doesn’t show any signs of life after a while, then it’s safe to assume it’s dead. We offer a 90 day warranty on our products for manufacturer defect, so if it’s still been within that time period, please contact us at as soon as you can to begin your warranty process. I apologize for the trouble.

  44. I have a Coolfire IV TC100. My question is what type of coil does this come with? Nickel, titanium or stainless steel?

  45. Hi,

I just recently bought this but I realised with the Isub Ve tank I can only go up to 60watt, Can i use Scion Tank or any bigger tank to handle higher watts on this vape?

    Kind regards,

  46. Donde puedo compral la batería
