I need the replacement coil for my device, can I order it ? If so how.

  4. When will these be available to purchase

  5. When will the coolfire ultra kit be avalibile to buy nationally in the uk.

  6. When will blue and red be available? I can only find black and white anywhere online and my coolfires have to be blue..

  7. Is there anywhere I can get another silicon case for the ultra 150

  8. After negating the ego for two years, as an amateur vapour person, I find the INNOKIN modules very easy going. No more constant fiddling to find a coil, battery, adaptor, liquid. This is on top of a busy day, and having to recharge my phone. A welcome relief, and thank you to those responsible. My only criticism, and don’t think there aren’t faults, is the interchangeable ability between units. It does keep you at the forefront, yet leaves the consumers scratching our heads more often than is necessary.

  9. just opened my brand new innokin cool fire ultra and it wont turn on and also wont charge through any device, can you please tell me whats wrong?

  10. Does this work with the tfv8 baby beast

  11. Hi
Please advise what material the case of the CF Ultra is made of? Is it made of zinc alloy which is non-scratchable like the MVP 20W or aluminium alloy which is easily scratchable like the CF TC100.

    Thanks
    Rahim

  12. Just received the ultra kit in the mail. Dead on arrival. But at least I bought a bunch of extra coils for it that I can’t return.

    • Hi Steve,

Please return the CoolFire Ultra to the retailer you purchased it from for a complete replacement or refund. If they won’t help, email us at support@innokin.com with a brief summary of the issues you’re having as well as proof of purchase and we’ll start a warranty claim process for you. Thank you!

  13. what other innokin tanks will work with the Cool Fire Ultra, and do you sell replacement glass for the Scion tank it came with two tanks both have broken

  14. I am VERY interested in purchasing the Coolfire Ultra but am leary due to the 510 gap that still exists. I have heard that Innokin was going to fix this issue and wanted to know if this is true and if those are out yet, how to know whether they’re from the fixed batch or not and/or who to order from?? I previously had a Coolfire IV Plus that finally died on me. I loved that mod, although it had a very noticeable gap and tanks sat crooked/leaned with all my Isub Apex tanks. I just dealt with it but now that i know it was a definite flaw it explains why my tanks were constantly coming loose and wobbled A Lot since they didn’t sit flush! So, in all actuality this is not just a “cosmetic” issue for OCD people as some have said and made me laugh. Once again, I really like the look, function and feel of the Innokin Coolfires and would love to stick with them & get the CF Ultra if this issue has finally been addressed and fixed? Thank You very much & hope to hear back with good news on this so I can order “something” asap!!— Robby

    • Hello Robert,

The improved 510 connectors are only present on our latest releases, such as the Oceanus and Kroma-A, as well as all upcoming releases. Unfortunately, I do not believe the Ultra will be updated with the improved connector. If that is a dealbreaker for you, I would definitely recommend looking into the Oceanus, Kroma-A, or some of our upcoming mods. Hope this helps.

  15. hi, im trying my new coolfire ultra and im really exited for the result. nice quality, great power.
i want it to preduce a lot of vape with grate quality of flavor. wich is the correct setup.
    the coil its 0,5-70w-110w. thanks

  16. I just bought one of these today. It doesn’t seem to be charging and won’t turn off. Is it dead or do I just have to wait a bit longer?

    • Hi Thomas,

Did you mean to say it won’t turn on? Check your charger and cable to make sure it’s not your charging source that is the issue. If you conclude that the CoolFire is defective, contact our support email at support@innokin.com. We offer a 90 day limited warranty policy against all manufacturer defects. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Hello my device does not start and is new :(
what can i do, i’m from mexico?
buy my device in the VTC mexico :(

    • Hi Juan,

First, double check and make sure you’ve purchased an authentic Innokin product. You can do so by following the instructions on this page: https://www.innokin.com/verify-device/

If it’s authentic, please contact us at support@innokin.com. We will help you get a replacement via our warranty process.

I also recommend you try returning it from where you purchased it before anything else, as your vendor should have a return/replacement policy before needing help from the manufacturer.

  18. Very disappointed, my new Coolfire Ultra arrived faulty. When charging it using a good quality wall plug (samsung 5v 2A) and the lead supplied with unit it shows the battery symbol as charging but after 2 hours the battery did not hold the charge, the light was still red and when i fired up the unit to use it, the battery symbol was flashing to tell me it was empty.
Another 2 hour charge using my laptop did nothing to rectify this. The retailer i bought it off say to send it back and they will replace it if they find it faulty but thats not the point. I will be waiting longer now to enjoy a product i bought.
I doubt this post will get published on your website but i want you to know i am not a happy customer.
    Regards
    Frank

    • Hi Frank,

I am sorry to hear about your Coolfire Ultra arriving in that condition. Unfortunately, with all mass produced products, a few will arrive malfunctional due to transit and other various issues based on the scale of production. I apologize you happened to be unlucky in this regard. Luckily, we do offer a 90 day warranty to cover issues just like these, and we are happy to help. Send it back to your vendor for a replacement, and if they won’t help, contact us at support@innokin.com with proof of purchase and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

      • Thanks for the reply Frank, i got a new unit and all is well in the world again.
Question, i am using bvc coils 0.5ohm and their recommended wattage is 30-60w although if i go over 20 watt it crackles alot and is a really ‘hot’ hit. Is it ok to vape at a lower wattage than recommended or am i doing something wrong?

  19. Hello,

I would like to buy the cool fire ultra kit but have some queries about it
    1) what is the life span of the internal battery mod or how many times can i charge it before i would have to replace
    2) do you sell this in india or deliver it , if yes would like to know the total cost of the whole kit

    Thanks
    Chetan Shetty

  20. Will a aspire Cleito EXO tank fit and operate with this battery ?

  21. I love the slip stream that came with my Cool Fire Ace; however, the battery life is insufficient for me. The Cool Fire Ace is great to have a back up but I need more battery and fewer times charging. Would I be able to use the Slip Stream with the.80 Ohm coils or the .50 Ohm coils o the Cool Fire Ultra? I know the .80 is Kanthal wire and I’m not sure Kanthal is suitable for the Coolfire Ultra. I typically Vape at only 20-22 Watts. The Scion is capable of such high wattage and I don’t know if it can perform at the low wattage I am used to vaping.
Also, why do you only show 4 colors on Innokin but so many vendors show additional brushes i.e. Rose Gold? Were these additional colors made specifically for these vendors? I want to be sure I am purchasing from a reputable vendor. Currently Vapor Beast has the best deal.

    Thanks!

    • Hello Heather,

Yes, you can absolutely use your kanthal Slipstream coils on a CoolFire Ultra. You will get very long lasting battery life if you only vape at 20-22 watts. The Scion is not suitable for wattages under 60W, so if that doesn’t sound ideal to you then stick with the Slipstream.

The Rose Gold and other limited edition finishes are just that; limited edition. I am not sure specifically why we don’t have example pictures on the website, but they were made with a set limit amount of units and once they’re gone they are gone for good. If you want one I’d purchase it immediately. Hope this helps :)

  22. What is the newest and most advanced Cool fire release? The Ultra or the 4+? Also when will Innokin be releasing a new high end Cool Fire?

    • Hi Joseph,

The CoolFire Ultra is the most advanced CoolFire to date. I imagine we’ll revisit the CoolFire line in the future, but I can’t speak as to when or what they will be. Thanks for your support!

  23. i have already been though a few 0.28 ohm schion kanthal coils but i recently just put in another and it is giving me alot of dry hits. I am not getting any flavour of the juice, just the horrible cotton taste

    • Hi Adam,

Make sure you prime your coil properly, fill the tank up to the top, and let it sit for a few minutes prior to your first vape. Also, make sure your airflow is opened up wide enough.

  24. Hello can you please tell me how to tell when this is fully charged? My old cool fire 4 stopped blinking when it was fully charged. I just got my new ultra yesterday and 4 hours later it’s still charging and blinking red, yellow and green

    • Hi Suzanne,

The Ultra’s LED should go from green to off once it is fully charged.

If it’s blinking red, yellow, and green after 4 hours of charging, try a different charging cable and adapter. If that doesn’t help, your battery may be defective. In the event that is true, please return it to your vendor as soon as possible and have it exchanged for a new one via our 90 day limited warranty. If they won’t help, contact our support at support@innokin.com with a summary of the issue and attached proof of purchase. Sorry for the trouble.

  25. I bought a cool fire ultra in August. Unfortunately it has died on me and will not charge or turn on. I’m out with the 90 day guarantee by 3 months. Is there anything you can suggest?

    • Hi Stephanie,

I would try using different charging methods and cables to see if the battery will take a charge. Other than that, your only option would be to have it privately repaired. Sorry for the inconvenience :(

  26. Can I use my Phone charger (5.3V 2A) with this device? Thanks

    • Hi Stefan,

Your charger should work, but be advised that we only warranty products charged within our official guidelines, which is 5V/2A for the Ultra. If you want to be on the safe side, I’d spring for a 5V/2A or lower charger.

  27. Just bought the wife the Innokin cool fire ultra in red. Had it a week and it’s suddenly stopped firing. It’s got the I sub ni 200 coil in the I sub v tank. I’ve taken the tank apart and cleaned it all out then put back together and it’ll fire for maybe 2-3 hits and then stops firing again.
    Any ideas??

    • Hi Russel,

Either the coil connection is weak (replace the coil) or the 510 connector/threading of the mod is damaged. Very gently use a cotton swab to clean the 510 threads and pin of the mod. If it still won’t fire properly after these two steps, try a new tank. If it has issues with multiple tanks, the mod may need to be replaced. Contact our support at support@innokin.com for further help.

  28. I have had nine for less then 3 hrs n it does not work and I hahavhahave no customer service to help.

    Lovely information. Many thanks.

  30. Hi, I have bought a cool fire ultra 150w, what I don’t understand is that when I switch the display form temperature to whatt, the puff change more warm when whatt are displayed and more dense.
I haven’t found information about this.

    • Hi Patrizio,

Could you share the details of your settings with me so I may help you further? What coil, what ohms, what wattage and what temperature settings are you using? Thanks!

  31. I have both a Cool Fire TC100 and an original Disrupter D50. I enjoy both; Innokin is always Quality.
The New Disrupter is only TC? I wish the Cool Fire Ultra had the LCD display qualities of the Disrupter.
My Disrupter display is sharp and bright easily readable in daylight. My Cool Fire is not so much; also, the fire button on the disrupter is of the highest quality! Worthy of a YiHi. This too, should migrate to the Cool Fire; or add 4000ma capacity and TC/VW to a 100W Disrupter! Thank-you Innokin.

  32. I would like to clarify my previous comment. The Proton would be the answer; but since it has upgradeable firmware ability, I would not be allowed to have it in the building at work. No recordable media (including cellphones).
I love Innokin’s commitment to Quality and Safety. I could not help but notice the YiHi SX mini appears to be a higher trim level Coolfire.

  33. Hi, last year in February I bought a cool fire TC 100 by May it developed a firing fault, advised as outside the warranty period nothing could be done. I felt disappointed at this but decided to upgrade to the TC 150 (ultra) because I had, up to that point, had a great experience with the cool fire range.
It has now been a little over a year and this unit has now developed a charging fault; when plugged in to a 5v 1A charger it no longer lights up to charge. It takes repeated plugging and unplugging of the cable from the unit before it will begin charging, once it starts charging it appears to charge to full capacity and holds its capacity for the full day as expected.
This is now the second successive unit manufactured by yourselves to stop working in what I would consider an unreasonable amount of time, the store where I bought the unit are not able to replace the unit so I would like to know what can be done. I feel after paying almost £100 in only a year for two units and to have them fail so soon is terrible customer experience.

    Regards, David.

    • Hi David,

I’m very sorry to hear about the issues you’ve had with our products. As you seem to be aware, our standard warranty is 90 days from original purchase. Unfortunately, as a year has passed since you purchased your CoolFire Ultra, we cannot offer any warranty service to you.

I imagine the issue is caused by damage to the usb connector. Usb ports can get damaged over time from being constantly plugged and unplugged. Please be careful when you insert your USB cord- make sure it’s oriented the correct way so you do not damage the delicate connector.

      • Hi Frank,

The issue is I bought these in good faith they would be fit for purpose, be of satisfactory quality and last accordingly, these have not. To spend £60 on the current vaporiser and have it fail only a year in is not what I’d call built of satisfactory quality, or are these products not meant to last this long? After all the cool fire ultra is marketed as a higher end premium quality vape.
Would you be able to confirm the expected life usage of these products please?

        • Hi David,

There is no expected lifespan, it’s up to the end user. Any product with a built in battery has a limited lifespan. It depends entirely on personal vaping habits, battery charging etiquette, and how well the device is maintained. I can say that generally they last for 1-2 years before disposal. But again, it depends entirely on the user.

Hello.. I purchased a cool fire ultra tc150 and I would just like to know what your best recommended replacement tank would be apart from the Scion tank that it comes with if you could please be specific so I get the most out of it thank you

    • Hi Taz,

We offer a big line of sub-ohm tanks, ranging from flavor focused to huge cloud chuckers. What style would suit you best? Let me know and I’ll assist you further!

Also, give our Scion II tank a look with the Plexus coil!

  35. Hi there,

Can you please recommend the best tank to use with the coolfire ultra 150watt. I would prefer something that would make best use of the wattage range available with this vaporizor.

    Thsnk

    Bernard

    • Hey Bernard,

The perfect fit to get the most out of your CoolFire Ultra would be the Innokin Scion II tank. Try pairing it with our new Plexus coil for fantastic flavor, clouds, and long lasting coil performance!

  36. My cool fire ultra has started to drain all the juice out of the tank when it’s left idle !
Anyone have any idea why this is happening

I’ve tried a different coil and different battery and it still leaks everywhere

  37. Just bought a Cool Fire Ultra 150

The screen displays temperature. How do I change it to display watts?

  38. Hi, I just ordered the ultra and should be here in 2 days. If I understand correctly if I want to vape at lower wattages I can use my old isub tank. My cool fire IV still works like a champ after 3 years with never an issue. It’s time to retire it to backup status( only from cosmetic wear) I have at least 10 ss coils for the I sub so I’d vaping at 70w blows my head off I can simply screw on the isub correct?

    • Hey Eric,

You cerainly can use your old iSub tank with the Ultra. Just be sure to adjust your variable watting setting down low enough for it to be comfortable, around 20W or less. You can use the SS coils in either wattage or SS temp control mode. Thanks!

  39. My Innokin Coofire Ultra TC150 has starting leaking. Not used it very much, but had since May this year. Why does it keep leaking???

    • Hey Cathy,

If a tank has been left filled with eliquid, chances are the coil has flooded and is causing a leak. Empty the tank, replace the coil, close the airflow and fill the tank back up. After letting it sit for a few minutes, open up the airflow and enjoy your vape.
