  1. My T20 is charging perfectly yet does not work when i press the button to use it can you help please?

  2. 1. Can I use the T20 S coils on my T20 device?

    2. Can I use my T20 Battery on the T20 S Device?

  3. It seems like every time I buy a new e-cigarette, it leaks. All the invoking products, in the beginning it is fine, then after a few weeks it starts again. I change the filter and it is ok for a few days, then bingo there it is again I start to get the oil in my mouth, it is very gross. Do you make a new one that does not have that problem? I prefer the thin ones. Please let me know. Thank You. Sincerely A desperate vaper. I will not go back to cigarettes.

    • Hi Betsy,

What kind of e-liquid are you using? Thinner juice (lower PG percentages) can cause leakage more often than thicker juices with high VG percentages. It’s not uncommon to replace your coil every week or so, but you can get more life out of them without leaks if you use a thicker juice.

      • hi I also comment on your idea of a different v juice well I’m using a PG 20 to a VG 80 blend I’ve had my endurance T20 s now for about a week and its started leaking now I shouldn’t have to change any coil or rings as of yet so can you explain why mine would be leaking out the air holes and I fill my tank to not even half way on the tank.

        • Hey Elizabeth,

Pressure and ambient temperature changes can cause leakage in atomizers, which is likely the reason you’re experiencing a leak without much use. Take the tank apart and reassemble it, or replace the coil.

      • Hi I have the same issue, tried replacing the coil but the issue continues

    • Hi, most likely it’s not liquid you got in your mouth – it’s condensation. After a few days (or even hours, if you’re a chain-vaper) condensation starts to accumulate at the bottom of the drip tip. Therefore changing the coil will not solve your problem … Take a paper towel every now and than, take off the top cap and wipe the top of the coil as well as the bottom if the drip tip. That should help.

  4. Are the T20 coils compatible with the T22 Prism tank?

  5. I got mine in the mail, authorized it and went thru all the info. I filled it and charged it and I love it!
So simple and this red is just beautiful.

  6. I bought the T-20s tank on its own and as a mouth to lung vaper I have to say, you guys are on to something with this tank. I shelved my Nautilus 2 in favor of the T-20S.

It’s so smooth and flavorful. You guys need to run with this thing. Make a 22mm version with an airflow control and pair it with an Atheon chip device and I will be in vape heaven. ?

Thanks for keeping us mouth to lung vapers in mind when making new products.

  7. I have one of the original T20’s and it has a cap on it. Does it still come with the cap? I love it!

    • Hey Cathy,

The new T20-S models do not come with a cap, as they were prone to cracking. The T20-S has an all new coil design, improving upon the previous version in both flavor and vapor production, as well as slightly more airflow.

  8. Hi two questiona.
    When t20s arrives to Portugal.
    Where i van buy it?

  9. Upgrated from t20 to t20s and I have to say i love the t20s, much better airflow and flavor and the finish is perfect. The best mtl divice on the market in my opinion, well done innokin.

  10. I’ve used Innokin products before and love them – but am curious that this is touted as a MTL device but has a 0.6 Ohm (sub-ohm?) coil. Should MTLers be purchasing the 1.5 Ohm coil or can you MTL with the included one?

  11. Are the T20 coils compatible with the T20s? I can’t find T20s coils anywhere

  12. hi, do you have authorised Amazon seller in the UK?

  13. I purchased the t20 s today and assebled it as advised by the guy in the store all its done is leak from the air holes! It’s driving me insane! Can someone help please?

    • Hi Renae,

The simplest fix would be to replace the coil. Check and make sure the coil is tightly secured in place and that you don’t overprime the coil when first filling the tank.

  14. Hi

Just bought a T20s. I was wondering, once it’s fully charged (but still plugged into the power source) will the green light show, or will the light go off?

    • Hey Ben,

Typical operation will cause the light to turn off once fully charged. However, if it doesn’t turn off on it’s own, it’s fine to take it off of the charger while the light is still green. Thanks and hope this helps you!

  15. Could you please tell me where I can get the 2000mah battery for th t20s in the UK.

  16. Hey Innokin! I’ve been doing a lot of research into your products and I really want to buy one of your products because of it’s FLAVOR. I have two DTL devices and they’re great but I wanted to get something that is inconspicuous and concentrates on flavor.

I’ve boiled it down to the T20 since everyone says that its flavor is much better than the T18. So here’s my question. What exactly differentiates the T20 from the T20-S? The T20-S comes with a sub-ohm coil but I’m confused as to how that improves its flavor. All in all, which is better in flavor?

    • Hi Michael,

Thanks for your interest! To answer your question, it’s primarily subjective on which has the better flavor. The T20-S offers a slightly warmer vape with a tad more airflow, which in my opinion makes for a better overall experience. Opinions vary wildly however so the only way you can know for yourself is to test both devices.

      Thank you!

  17. Can you use the T20 coils with the T20s?

  18. Can i use Prism S 1.5ohm Coil with T20-s ?

  19. i’ve just started to vape and have a T20. i would like to know the difference between direcct lung hit and ordinary vaping (sorry, i don’t have the correct terminology yet!) I don’t know anything about coils, mahp(?) or batteries that you need which are different from ordinary vaping.
Can you please shed some light for me??

    • Hi Wendy,

Direct lung hits are typically coupled with large amounts of airflow from the atomizer as well as high wattage from the mod. It delivers a warm condensed vape that is more intense than a standard mouth to lung drag. To direct lung vape, you’ll need a mod and atomizer that are compatible with high wattage and big airflow. Take a look at the Innokin Oceanus and Scion kit!

  20. My base is stuck, how can I get it off?

    • Hi Jasmyne,

It’s likely just overtightened. There are a few simple ways to handle this.

First, let it sit in the freezer for about 5 minutes. Then, using rubber latex gloves, grip the base of the tank and unscrew (counter clockwise) it.

  21. How do I know when it is fully charged? How long to charge it for?

    • Hi Con,

When the Endura T20-S is fully charged, the green battery indicator should switch off. If it doesn’t switch off, it’s safe to assume that your mod is fully charged after the light has been green for 2 hours or more. Thanks!

  22. I just got my beautiful purple pen and some oil today. My problem is I cannot get the top cap unscrewed to fill it. Any suggestions?

    • Hey Julie,

Try wearing a rubber latex glove while unscrewing the top section. This will give you some extra torque.

Make sure you are twisting counter-clockwise to unscrew!

      Hope this helps.

  23. Is this device regulated? Any safety protection against the battery?

  24. I have had my T20S for two days and am having problems.
After I turn the device on (once fully charged) and I go to hit it about 90% of the time when I press the button it flashes green and the device doesn’t fire the coil.

    Why is this?

    • Hi Jeff,

It sounds like something is wrong with your coil. The LED indicator flashing green indicates a short is present between the connection of your tank and mod. Please replace the coil and see if the issue persists. Let me know if you need follow up support. Thank you!

  25. I am 100percent not happy with my Innokin product. And the authorized dealer I purchased from will not do anything about it, other than saying I got what I paid for.

  26. This thing has tasted like burnt cardboard from the moment I purchased it, I have replaced the coil multiple times and I am using the highest of quality e-liquid on the market.

    • Hi Kerry,

Sorry to hear that. The Endura T20-S typically has a rich and warm flavor. It’s possible you got a batch of defective coils, or your battery is outputting too much voltage. I would return it to the vendor you purchased it from and have it exchanged for a new one.

  27. Hi,

I’m using T20 for a while now and was wondering about upgrading to T20S. I do have few questions though.

    1) I noticed that T20S has both 0.8ohm and 1.5ohm coils available. So it’s possible to use T20S with 1.5ohm coils in the same Prism S tank, right?

    2) Is 2000mah battery readily available for T20S?

  28. I’m confused as regards the 1.5 ohm prism s coils which are supposed to work with the T20s. The coils are suggested to be fired at13w to 14w but the mod fires at a constant 18w. This cannot be safe? Please advise.

  29. despite being Fully Charged when the fire button is pressed the debice does not fire.
Instead the fire button flashes 3 times pauses then flashes 3 more times

I know the device is charged because the fire button turns green then goes out
Tried two 0.8 atomizers did not help
Oddly Innokin included two .8 attomizers in tje box instead of an 1.5 and one 0.8.

    Sent unit back
Innokin. What does 3 red flashes pauae then 3 more red flashes meen???

    • Hi Kp,

It is good that you’ve sent the device back, sounds like it was defective and needs replacement.

To answer your question, it likely meant either an internal short within the device, or a critical error in the chip.

Apologies for the inconvenience and hope you get back to vaping as soon as possible.

      Happy holidays!

  30. Bought the Endura T20-S for a Xmas present for myself. Its a whole new vaping experience, i use to have a standard starter kit. This endura is so amazing, the tastes. Wow.

    • Hey Alan,

Thanks so much for the great feedback! I hope the T20-S brings you a great vaping experience for a long time, and hope you had a great Christmas! Happy belated holidays!

  31. Are you able to use both the 0.8ohm and 1.5ohm 20-S coils in the Endura T-20S device?

    • Hey Justin,

You can, but the 1.5ohm coils might be a bit hot. For best use of both coils, I recommend the EZ.WATT, as the wattage is adjustable and can be better suited for both coils. Thanks!

  32. Will the T20-S tank be available by itself?

    • Hi Joseph,

Thanks for your interest in the T20-S! Currently, the tank is only offered in T20-S and EZ.WATT kits. I suggest either kit, they are a great mouth to lung experience for not a lot of cash!

  33. Hi,

Can I buy replacement t20 prism tanks as mine is damaged and also can I buy a replacement cap as this is also damaged?

  34. I got the T20S a few weeks ago and it gives a very nice smooth vape- the smoothest I’ve ever had on any device so far and I’ve tried a few. It’s a nice warm vape too that doesn’t get too hot. I gave up smoking last April using the Innokin T18. i went to sub Ohm as I like flavours and got an Aspire but the batteries are not as well made as Innokin ( but like the Cleito coils as they last quite a long time) and I’ve had 2 go on me since then – the usb ports are large and the charger stops fitting. Innokins are very well made- snug usb slots, and no leaking! Great button too and beautiful comfortable mouthpiece. Really love this e -cig!

    • Hey Matilda,

Thanks so much for the glowing review and kind words. I’m really happy to hear that the T18 helped you quit smoking and that you are pleased with the vaping experience from your T20-S. Aspire is a respectable and good manufacturer as well. Appreciate the support and happy vaping!

  35. Hi.. im from the Wales and all the local vape shops only have the t20 not the t20s and wont order any in, where is a safe place to purchase this product online with the coils? Also what are the best recommended e liquid to purchase with this devise? thank you! :)

    • Hi Jason,

I cannot personally recommend a dealer to ship to Wales. Check our authorized dealer page and contact them regarding their policy on international shipping.

As far as eliquid goes, it’s entirely preference :) I personally like anything from Lenola Cream and Twelve Monkeys. Thanks!

  36. Hi as Luke had with his T20 mine is fully charged the light indicates that it is ready to use but there is no contact to make it vape. very frustrated as had to resort to old vape

  37. I have prepackaged cartridges as well not just juice. Can they be used with the t20 s?

  38. I got on to vaporizing just 4 days ago with the T20S and I’m already having issues with it.
When I press the button to vapour, it goes green but it’s not heating up the oil. The light is green but nothing.
I charge it thinking it might be low in battery but it still doesn’t work. I’ve been trying for the last half hour but it only worked once and then stopped. I even tried to press it 3 times quickly just in case it’s off. It blinks through the 3 colours but still nothing.
What should I do? I’ve only filled it up 9 times so I can’t imagine it being the coil need changing. Do I have a faulty one?

    • Hi Tee,

In a situation such like the one you are describing, the problem is usually found in the coil. Either the insulator is defective or something happened to one of the coil leads. I’d replace it, your T20-s should work just fine afterwards.

Just want to post this in for others facing the same issues after I was facing problems with my juice leaking out all over my fingers after a refill. Avoid with 2 simple steps:

    1. Keep the screw on tank cap close by and replace ASAP to keep negative pressure in the tank.
    2. Invert the whole thing. Yes, just turn it upside-down, it won’t leak out. Leave for a minute or two.

This has virtually solved all my problems and now I get next to zero leakage except on occasions. This may increase over time as the wick degrades – I’m not sure haven’t had the opportunity to test that long.

After reading on the blurb page that the coil was designed to handle high VG liquids, I suspect the cause of leaking to be from using much lower viscosity, high PG ratio juice. I can’t confirm this as I only vape at 65/35 PG/VG myself, but perhaps this is not a problem faced by users of higher VG ratios.

    A side note to Innokin:
I have begun to have issues recently with the unit turning on by itself sometimes after a vape. I have dropped it a couple of times, but nothing crazy – just from hip-height or less from my desk onto the wooden floorboards – and only a few times.

This problem doesn’t always happen, but occasionally after I release the vape button, it will suddenly activate by itself again – as though the button was stuck down; I don’t think this is the cause, however, as I can press it again and it will turn off, but then a second later it may turn back on again, continuing until it decides not to.

I also think that sometimes it is locking itself, and I’ve experienced troubles where unlocking it takes a few tries. Initially, I thought it was me, accidentally p-p-pressing the button 3 times, but now I think that perhaps the internal connection might have come loose or something and this is also the cause of my other problem, what do you guys think?

  40. In the few hours since writing my last comment, my T20 has gone from occasionally turning itself on to becoming virtually unusable. It has already burnt out a new coil I put in when I was posting that comment. I am required to unscrew the battery to prevent it from continuously turning itself on.

As I scroll back up, reading the comments, I can’t but help notice there appear to be a number of other people having issues with the button. Considering my unit is only a few months old, and some of the people here are reporting similar issues with brand new units, I suggest that you look into the matter further Innokin, as clearly there appears to be some kind of trouble in manufacturing or engineering land, especially following the debacle with the black plastic caps.

    – Dannii

  41. I purchased the T20 S 2 weeks ago and am really happy with the product. I decided to try the alternate top cap with the built-in tip and discovered that it does not seal against the top of the coil head despite the o-ring being there. The result is a lot of spit back to the point where a good amount of liquid shoots out and ends up on my tongue. I’ve tried this with 2 different coils and get the same issue. However, both coils seal fine against the default top cap with the removable drip tip. Is there a way to get a properly working top cap with built-in tip? This is the one that I prefer.

  42. I love my Endura T20 for the most part but I have noticed some of the same challenges other users are speaking of. If I fill my tank more than 1/2 way it leaks. I have tried everything you have suggested in your answers to others but it still leaks. If I fill less than 1/2 it is fine. I can cope with that, it’s just an inconvenience. Also, I had another Innokin vape that I really loved, but it just plain wore out and you don’t offer that style anymore so I went with the Endura. My other complaint about the Endura is that it doesn’t have a very long battery life, unlike my old vape. It does not make it through the day for me which poses a challenge. Can you please tell me the suggested battery life and how long should the battery take to recharge? Thanks for your response!

    • Hi Sue,

Thanks for your comments and feedback. Sounds like you have a pressure issue in your atomizer. Do you ever fully empty it before refilling? That could alleviate your leakage.

With moderate use, the T20-S should last you a full day of vaping. For heavy users, recharging it once throughout the day is normal. The battery should take around 2 to 3 hours to fully charge. Hope this helps!

  43. My son bought the T20S for me for Christmas. Has worked amazing. Changed the coil once, no issues. Changed the coil 2 days ago, and now it is leaking non stop. Can’t set it down, because everything leaks out I have gone through almost a 1/2 bottle of vape juice in 2 days. Can someone tell me where the o rings go? could that be an issue?

  44. I bought the T20 it’s leaks most times now it didn’t when I first got it it’s driving me mad I have change coil I don’t know how many times juice is what I have always used not happy at all

    • Hi Michelle,

I recommend taking the tank apart and checking that all of your o-rings and gaskets are properly in place and are not damaged in any way. It’s possible one of them is missing or damaged which can cause leak issues. We offer replacement o-ring kits on our website http://www.innokinstore.com if you need a kit. Let me know if you need more assistance.

  45. I recently purchased one of your products with a T20S tank. Unfortunatley this has now cracked and I’m looking to buy a seperate tank to replace the damaged one. Are these tanks sold seperately and if so, where in UK can I order one from.

    Thank you for your help..

  46. I bought the T20 Endura yesterday and I put it on charge today. No light came on once I plugged the USB in to charge it (using a plug to charge in the wall). Is a light supposed to come on to show that it’s charging?

    • Hi Aideen,

Yes, typically the LED indicator around the button should turn on and show the respective charge status (Green for high battery charge, yellow for medium, red for low). Please check your USB connection, cable, or charging adapter. Try a different outlet or USB port. The T20-S should only be charged through USB2.0 ports.

  47. Hi my wife has just brought the ENDURA T20 S, but it keeps leaking from the two tiny holes on the ring section piece that sits on top of the main body I have taken it apart a few times but it keeps doing it, so can you help.

    • Hi Tim,

Make sure all of the o-rings are in their proper place and aren’t damaged. A thicker juice can prevent leaking issues. If your o-rings are in place and you’re using thick juice, try replacing the coil, and don’t overprime new coils as that can lead to leakage.

  48. i have a problem/question, when i vape some of the vapor fills up the tank and its not easy to inhale, it seems almost as if theres no air flow. how would i be able to fix this? thank you

    • Hi Joely,

Check your airflow holes and make sure there are no obstructions. Using a small needle, poke a hole into the cotton juice port on your coil. This should help open up the draw. If not, replace your coil. Hope this helps.

  49. My vape keeps flashing green twice and I cant seem to get anything out of it , need to constantly turn it on and off

  50. The Endura T20-S says that its existing coil is 0.8 ohm and runs at 16-18 watts. That is exactly what I run my Zenith tank at / with.

    Can I do this?

I know that the Zenith’s diameter will make my Endura T20-S look like a lollypop, but I don’t really mind that.

  51. is the charging circuitry in the t20s basically a dumb charger, charging for a set period of time? or it can detect voltage levels and adjust accordingly? I like to have shorter overall charge times so prefer to recharge before fire button goes yellow or just after having gone yellow. but it still seems to go for 2+ hours every single time even though it supposedly hasn’t hit or is barely 50% depleted. I’m using a 5v/0.5a wall/usb adapter from myvaporstore, would a 5v/1a adapter speed it up?

also the one time I waited to recharge when the fire button started going red it spent more than 6 hours plugged into the wall and never once turned green/off. I finally got fed up, unplugged it and when turning off/on it went red, yellow, green like it was fully charged. I used it lightly for an hour or two and the next day plugged into the charger it again went for another 2 hours before turning green/off.

    • Hi Mike,

It’s not a “dumb charger” as you’ve described. A 5V/1A adapter would definitely speed up your charge times.

The typical charge time for a fully depleted T20-S is roughly 2 and a half hours. I would check your charging source for issues first.

      • thanks. just so I’m clear, the t20s “general details” web page shows this:

        Charging: Micro USB DC 5V/0.5A

so when you say a 5v/1a adapter can be used on the t20s does that mean the “general details” page is wrong? or the t20s will only draw 0.5a even though the adapter can supply 1a? I wanted to check since I’d be afraid that potentially providing too much current could cause the battery to explode.

the charging source is an ordinary 120v ac outlet (united states) using this usb adapter that the t20s usb cable is plugged into: http://www.myvaporstore.com/Wall-to-USB-Converter-p/801901510-w2usb.htm

        • Hi Mike,

I apologize, I gave you false information. You can use a 1A charger as the T20-S should only draw .5a maximum, but it will not increase the speed at which it charges.

The adapter you linked should work fine, but as you’ve mentioned, slowly. Most USB2 ports on computers offer .5A charge speeds, maybe give that a try to see if your current adapter isn’t supplying enough amperage and slowing down your charge time.

          Thanks Mike.

          • thanks for all the great help. the trouble seems to be the usb wall adapter I linked, it either isn’t providing a steady 5v or a steady 500ma. I tried a usb 2.0 port on my computer three or four times in the past couple days and suddenly the t20s was charging as fast and as reliably as I would expect. so problem solved.

  52. This is really a question rather than a comment. Hope you can answer it for me. I’ve just ordered and not yet received the T20-S. Have been using the T22 and love it, but wanted a smaller unit as well, mostly for the round battery, so placed the order. Can the larger tank for the T22 be used on the T20-S battery?

    • Hi Jean,

Yes, the T22 atomizer can be used on the T20-S battery, but be advised that the output is higher than intended for the T22 coils, which will result in a warmer than usual vape.

  53. I’ve been using the T20-S for a few months. My only concern is that it is a very noisy vape. With both coils (0.8 ohm and 1.5 ohm) the “sizzle” sound is disturbingly loud. So it is certainly not a stealth vape. Is there any solution for this?

    • Hi Nick,

The “sizzle” you describe is typical of most vaporizers. The sound is caused by dried e-liquid on your wicking material (cotton). The only real fix to this is to make sure your wick is wet at all times, or that you don’t let your coil sit without being vaped for too long.

  54. I’ve had my T20s for about a week. I have enjoyed it very much. This is my first vape. I’m not sure how to tell when I should change the coil.

    • Hi Pete,

Great to hear your enjoying your T20-S! I would change the coil as soon as you feel the flavor is slightly burnt or muted compared to a fresh coil. Thanks!

  55. I vape CBD e-liquid and have issues with thr T20S leaking from the air intake holes and there always seems to liquid around the fire button. Twice after replacing the coil and allowing the unit to sit after refulling, I’ve come back to find half the liquid has leaked out the air intakw holes. Any help?
Otherwise I like this machine. I am afraid to carry it though because of the leaking.

    • Hi Mara,

It sounds like your coils are flooding. In this case, I recommend only using a very small amount of e-liquid to prime your coil when you replace and refill.

Try refilling to only half the capacity of the tank and see if it prevents the leak.

Also, you may be missing an o-ring or gasket somewhere. Take the T20-S tank apart, and ensure that your o-rings are properly in place and not damaged. You should have received a spare o-ring packet with your Endura T20-S kit if you need to replace one of them. Hope this helps.

      • How can we find out where the o-rings are suposed to be placed as there is no instructions of this in the manual or on the diagram provided. I have a major leak issue coming from the air vents too and have tried 3 new coils but still leaking. Please advise how to find the o-ring placement for this model? Thank you.

        • Hi Cjb,

The two large o-rings should be fitted at the top and bottom of the glass tank section (one on top, one on bottom). The smaller o-rings are for your drip tip. Hope this helps.

  56. I found that my device leaked after changing the coil. Not made clear on the instructions but the coil needs to be twisted untill it seats with a second click into its holder. If there is a small gap between the tank and the ring below then the coil is not seated correctly and will leak. Should be made much clearer on the instructions.

    • Hi Huw,

Their are slot cutouts to ensure the coil slides in all the way. Twisting until it clicks can cause damage to the coil- in the future, just find the flat sides of the coil and line them up with the flat sides of the slot in the tank. Thank you!

  57. I bought one about 6 months ago and all the sudden my charging port is now damaged and I don’t know how that’s happened but now it’s useless and of course it’s not within the 90-day warranty.

    • Hi Patricia,

Damaged USB ports are actually quite common in many electronic devices. USB ports are delicate and they can be damaged or break after some time from misuse or being rough with them. Please make sure in the future to only insert USB cables in the proper way initially and to be gentle so as to not damage the port. Sorry about the issue.

  58. hi all,

a bit of confusion on the coils. Are the coils used in the T20 compatible with the T20-S? On many sites they appear to be the same, but on others photos of the box of spare coils looks different.
    Can anyone clarify?

    • Hi R,

Yes, they’re compatible. Hope this helps!

      • hello,

I bought T20 coils and they do not fit, they are slightly too long and they just won’t fit. You told me they were compatible. The 1.5 Ohm is the one I want and it’s surprisingly difficult to find an online store that will ship to Norway. Now I’m stuck with coils that I cannot use and still in need of coils for the T20 S…..
        What suggestions do you have?

  59. I recently purchased t20s today and when I put the charge in it comes up with a solid red around the button but when unplug the charger and fire it up it’s green

    • Hi Liam,

Leave it on the charger until it shows green while plugged in. It should turn from red to green within 2 hours. If not, you may have a defective device. If you require warranty assistance please contact us at support@innokin.com with proof of purchase and a brief description of your issue. Apologies for the trouble.

my ENDURA T20 S is new, and it´s started leaking out from the air holes when it´s charging? is that normal?.

    • Hi Gerardo,

The only explanation I could think of is that as the device charges, it heats up and can potentially cause the e-liquid to thin from getting warmer. Maybe try detaching your tank when charging to avoid this issue? Hope this helps.

  61. I’ve just bought the T20s and fully charged it. When I try and use it it flashes red three times pauses and flashes red three times again. What is the problem with it, it’s driving me crazy!!

  62. Hi Guys,

Just started vaping at the grand old age of 60!!, I have to admit i was skeptical at first however the T20S is a fine piece of kit. I am still active (not in the grave yet) but I am worried about leaking. Is the tank fully sealed and can I lie it flat in a pocket or bag/sailing bag/rucksack etc

    • Hey Chris,

      Sorry for the delayed response!

Leaking should not be an issue unless the juice inside the tank gets hot or you have frequent pressure changes (i.e. living in a mountainous region). Thank you!

  63. Hi, I bought the t20 S and I recently changed the coil. I left the juice in it for a sufficient anount of time after changinf the coil. I have it set to the recommendations with the regards to wattage but it still burns. Can you help? Any suggestions?

    • Hi Cian,

Try carbing while you vape. This is a method to cool down your vape and get more airflow. It involves opening up a larger portion of your mouth while you inhale. If you’re not familiar with the method, I would suggest looking up tutorials on YouTube. Hope this helps!

  64. Just brought a T20 S and I’m wondering can I charge it using a plug in a socket or can I only charge it using a USB port? Just curious to know if any damages the battery

    • Hi Adam,

You can use both methods you’ve described to charge your T20-S. Just make sure they are 5V/.5A or lower. Higher amperage or voltage can damage the battery or charging circuit. Thank you! Hope this helps.

  65. I have an Endura T20S & an E WATT.
Firstly I’ve had to go back to the store twice as both of them leaked & flooded constantly.
The E WATT has been returned.
I managed to get the T20 working for a couple of days but now when I turn it on the red ligjt flashes after one vape and I cannot draw any more from it. I turn it off and on and the same thing keeps happening. Any suggestions?
Also you need to write a more comprehensive manual showing things like where the o rings go and give some sort of trouble shooting guide for common problems. There is just not enough information for a novice like me.
One more thing. On average how long should a coil last?
I would really appreciate your advice. Thanks.

    • Hi Kristine,

It sounds like your coil has shorted on your T20. Replace your coil immediately and fully charge the T20. It should work normally afterwards.

Thank you for your feedback in regards to improving our manuals. We are planning on making strides towards better self-help and instruction for our products.

A coil should last roughly one to two weeks before needing replacement- it depends entirely on how often you vape and what kind of e-liquid you use. I hope I was of help!

  66. I am enjoying using my t20s and have had it for a few weeks now, although there has been one problem.

There are black/dark bits of matter appearing in my tank from the last few fills, seems to be one fairly large speck and smaller bits as well. I have changed the coil as I thought it may be this but the same thing has happened still on a new coil. I also cleaned out the tank and checked for anything obviously visible that could be causing it but didn’t see anything I would think would be the problem.

I don’t think there’s a noticeable change in flavour or hit but I am just concerned what this matter could be and don’t want it to be anything potentially dangerous.

Any idea what could be causing this or a potential fix?

    • Hi Sam,

The only cause of these black bits I can think of would be your juice since it wasn’t the coil. What ejuice are you using, and at what nicotine concentration? Also, do you leave the drip tip uncovered in an environment where dirt would fall down the chimney?

  67. Thanks for replying.
I changed the coil but I’m still having the same problem. I turn the t20s on. I may get one vape from it, then the red light flashes and I can’t draw any vapour.
    What can I do now?

    • Hey Kristine,

      Not a problem.
It may sound silly, but is the mod fully charged? Blinking red is typically from a shorted coil or extremely low battery. As you’ve replaced the coil and it’s still giving you trouble, make sure it’s fully charged and try again.

If it still gives you issues, you will likely need a replacement via our warranty service. Contact our support email via support@innokin.com if this is the case. Again, very sorry for the issues.

  68. hello,

I bought T20 coils and they do not fit, they are slightly too long and they just won’t fit. I had contacted you before making that purchase just to be sure and you told me they were compatible. The 1.5 Ohm is the one I want and it’s surprisingly difficult to find an online store that will ship to Norway. Now I’m stuck with coils that I cannot use and still in need of coils for the T20 S…..
    What suggestions do you have?

  69. Hi there,
Can this device handle both high PG and high VG juices? I tend to buy a cheap 70%PG 30%VG juice most of the time but every once in a while I get high 80%+ VG juices. Would it be okay to use both on the T20-S?

    • Hello Dan,

High volume PG juices might have leaking issues. I’d recommend using 50/50 and up (50%+ VG) in the T20-S. 70% PG may also be a bit harsh with a mouth-to-lung focused tank like the T20-S. I’d try it out first and see if you don’t mind the taste, and if it doesn’t leak, you should be just fine.

  70. How long does it approximately take to charge the endura t20 s from red to green using a 0.5 A output?

  71. I have been using the t20s for 2 weeks now. I want to know which is the best vg/pg proportion (no Nicotine) should I order for best flavour and no flavour spitting.

  72. Hi, I’ve had the T20S for a month and do love it. However I continually have leaking problems. Occasionally I can go for a few days and it’s ok The leak is, I believe from the air holes. It’s much worse after the coil has been replaced and yes I do ensure the coil is seated exactly. The shop tells me there is nothing wrong with it but I’m having to almost double the amount of Eliquid due to the leakage loss. I know I have a 90 day warranty but they won’t accept there is anything wrong so won’t replace or refund :( Makes me so angry – I don’t want the money back I just want it to work properly. What do you advise

    • Hi Ann,

It sounds to me like when you replace coils, you’re dislodging the internal o-rings, which is causing a leak until they settle back into position. Please insure that once you’ve put a new coil in, you take the rest of the tank apart and visually inspect the other o-rings to ensure they are in their proper positions.

After that, there’s a few more steps to prevent the possibility of leaking- don’t overprime coils before you vape, and try to fill the tank to about 80% instead of 100%. Hope these tips help.

  73. Hi i need support with my endura T20, it has stopped working and dosent charge, where and whom can I contact

    • Hello Kanika,

Our official support line can be reached via email at support@innokin.com. If you would like a replacement, please email them with proof of purchase attached and a description of your issue. Our support team will guide you through the warranty process. Thanks!

  74. Are there any vape shops in Hawaii that carry the tanks and coils for the Endura T20-S?

Also, do you sell glass replacements for the tank separately? I dropped something on the tank and, sadly, broke the glass.

  75. Stephanie Ballantyne July 25, 2018 at 11:56 am Reply

    Hello Innokin,

I apologise if this is a silly question – newbie here! Can you use Nic salts in this device?

    • Hi Stephanie,

No problem at all, we all start as newbies! You can indeed use nic salts in the T20-S! They make for a great pair. If you require any further assistance, feel free to respond! Thank you and happy vaping!

  76. Hello Innokin Frank,

Is it possible to put the zenith tank on the Innokin Endura T20-S?

  77. Matilda Woodhouse August 29, 2018 at 4:37 am Reply

I was very happy with this device but had to stop using as the coils suddenly only were lasting a couple of days and going funky.

  78. Just purchased the Innokin Endura T20-S vaporizer yesterday. The guy at the stored filled it so that I could try it before leaving. Everything great. Got home, left it on my table. All of the oil had leaked out of the air holes!! Took the thing apart, cleaned it, reassembled it, filled it with oil. Next day, same thing. All of the oil has leaked out of the pen. Not a happy customer at all!!

    • Hi Mary,

It sounds like there is either a seal issue inside the tank, or the coil needs to be replaced. Bring it back to the store and advise them to check the o-rings and coil for issues. Have them replace the coil and tell them specifically NOT to prime the coil. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope this fixes the issue.

  79. I purchased a Innokin Endura T20-S Complete Kit yesterday and it wont stop leaking, everything is screwed in tight and I just get covered in e-juice. Please help, I want to return it and get a refund

    • Hi Liz,

Leaks occur from missing o-rings (rubber seals inside your tank), or from a faulty coil. Take the tank apart, check the bottom and top portions of the glass for o-rings, and ensure they are present. Then, replace your coil. Do NOT prime the coil (dripping juice down the center), instead just allow the cotton to wick up with juice by filling the tank. Let it sit for a few minutes, then start vaping. If it still leaks, I’d suggest exchanging it for a new onem or having your shop assist you in replacing seals. The kit comes with a pack of replacement o-rings. Sorry for the trouble.

  80. Hi.

I have been using the T20s as my “all day vape” for 5 months now and have had some temporary leaking but it seems to be related to the type of liquid used perhaps, but mainly because of faulty or incorrectly inserted coils.

Liquids with lots of sweetener are not good for the prism coils! Don´t use them.

Haven´t had/wanted a cigarette since I started using in mid-May and I like the T20s very much but I have been told that PG30/VG70 liquids are not good for the prism s coil because the coil holes are too small for thicker liquids. I have been told that 50/50 liquid is the best for the prism s coils. Is this correct?

Also, what burns quicker – thicker or thinner liquids?

    • Hi Trent,

Both 50/50 and 30/70 should work great with the Prism S coils. Typically, thicker liquids will burn quicker due to it being harder to keep the wick wet. Great to hear the success you’ve been having with the T20-S! Happy vaping.

  81. I’ve owned both the T20 and now the T20S and would like to offer some feedback.

First of all, great improvements on many levels with this new design:

The new ventilation housing is excellent.
The base feels very satisfyingly tight when in place, without feeling it will come loose and leak.
The slightly deeper recess around the screw cap is great, preventing a lot of the excess juice that would get squeezed out between the tank and the cap when you screwed it back on.
I love the new choice in colours and espeically the soft-touch finish.
When it was working, the quality of the vape was excellent.

The new T20S isn’t without its issues and these are the few I’ve run into so far:

    1. Crazy vaping issues after 2.5 months use:
I’m not sure whether it’s a battery issue, the changes to the centre battery post or both, but while my previous T20 lasted 11 months, my current T20S has lasted only 2.5 months and badly needs replacing because it is now an absolute chore to vape from and before it dies completely. Previously the vape was wonderful and crisp and crackling, but as of 2 weeks ago these have been my vape experiences:

    – 90% of the time when I try to vape, all I get is a muffled or slightly wet gurgle, or a dry and airy hiss. Vaping from these will either give you no flavour or a putrid burnt flavour.

    – Generally, it takes between 10-20 button presses, but sometimes as many as 40 or 50 before it will finally give me a long, reasonably crisp, slightly crackling vape sound that I can actually draw from. Definitely not as good as what it used to be, but it’s adequate in these tough times. Sometimes if I’m lucky it will give me two of these in a row.

    – I find myself in public places, holding the T20S up to my ear, feeling like an idiot as I press the button repeatedly, listening for the sound that I know whether it’s good to vape or not.

    2. Tank cap threads wearing down very qickly, to the point it will no longer screw on:
My previous T20 I owned a single tank with 1 screw on cap. With my current T20S I own a spare tank as well, and each tank has 2 screw on caps (the drip tip and draw tip). Well, I don’t drip so I always unscrew, but after 2.5 months of vaping 2 caps will no longer screw in. I’m always VERY careful to align the threads up and make sure I don’t cross thread the plastic.

In most respects this model seems to be a vast improvement over the old T20, so long as these experiences I’ve had were somewhat of an anomoly and won’t be repeated 2.5 months after I receive my next one. As much as I hate receiving a dud, For now I’m going to assume this is the case, because I want it to be the case and because when it was working, I really loved it. Please fix the tank cap threading issue.

    • Hi Dannii,

Thank you for your review and feedback of the T20-S. Regarding the issues you’ve been experiencing lately, it sounds like it has to do with the 510 connector on the battery. Check it for damage or dirt/debris. Make sure the tank is threaded well enough for a proper connection between the tank and battery, but do not tighten down too tightly as this could also damage the 510 pin inside your battery.

We offer replacement caps on our webstore http://www.innokinstore.com. The idea behind the delrin threads is to keep the top of the tank from getting too hot which can cause discomfort when vaping. Unfortunately, delrin threads can be on the delicate side compared to steel or titanium.

  82. I also think it would make more sense if the colour of the charge light indicates the current battery capacity, rather than just being red for charging. I forgot to mention that in the post I just made.

  83. Where is the best place to buy a replacement battery for this device, I’ve checked a couple of the distributors but didn’t have any luck.

  84. Hi, I have just received my Endura T20 S in red, and followed the intructions and put the liquid in, however it is coming out of 2 small holes on the mid black section. why is this? I see a packet of small seals but there wasnt anything on the instructions to install these? is this because the coil needs changing? which shouldnt be the case as its brand new, just opened!

    • Hi Sophie,

The seals are meant to replace the ones that come in the tank by default. They shouldn’t need replacing immediately. The leak could be from over filling or juice getting in the coil chimney. Did you happen to prime the coil through the top? That would cause the leak for sure.

Try replacing the coil to see if it stops the leaking issues. If not, you may need to inspect your o-rings inside the tank to make sure they are present and undamaged. The two big ones to look for are found at the top and bottom of the glass tank section.

  85. Hello! I recently purchased a Endura T20-S, and wanted to know if I am able to use this with an MCT Based CBD E-Liquid? It was suggested I ask if the temperature setting of the device would be an issue.

    Thank you!

  86. Just got mine. Wtf am i doing wrong I keep getting the smoke plus hot liquid ? I was careful when putting the juice in that it only went in the sides and not down the middle

    • Hey Tayla,

It sounds like the coil is flooding, or you’re somehow covering the air intake holes while vaping. I would replace the coil, ensure the connection is clean (wipe the threads and tank threads down with a soft cloth), and be careful not to get any juice down the coil chimney.

  87. Just received the T20-S today and I have to say this is an excellent product. Purchased this to replace a pen from a company that is no longer in business. This pen was a third of the price and I can’t believe the difference between the products. The taste of the juice I’m vaping is so much better with the T20-S. If you’re a former smoker and looking for a simple to use vape pen to get off the cigarettes this is the way to go.

    • Hey Michael,

Thank you very much for the kind words and glowing review! We’re very glad to hear that the T20-S is satisfying your vaping needs and then some. We hope we can continue to impress you for years to come! If you ever require support or assistance, feel free to leave a comment here or message us at support@innokin.com anytime. Happy vaping and thanks again!

  88. Recently bought the endura t20, I’ve been trying to register it online but responds with enter the correct CAPTA, what am I doing wrong

  89. Thank you for reply, but what do I do if it’s not accepting the code?

  90. I bought my Endura T20 S about 1 month ago and it has been working great since. However, last week, when I press the button and inhale, no vapour comes out and the light turns from green to flashing red (two flashes). The device is fully charged and it has plenty of liquid. One day it just stopped working, there has been no gradual reduction in vapour. Can you suggest options? It feels like changing the coil every month is a little too often especially considering I only vape twice a day. Should I get my device swapped in warranty?

    • Hi Irene,

A month is actually quite a long time for a coil, even if you don’t use it often, as the cotton wick will slowly degrade from being soaked in e-liquid. It sounds like a simple coil swap would solve the issue. Prolonged use over time requires coil swaps roughly every one to two weeks depending on how often you vape. Hope this helps!

  91. Hi I always get liquid in my mouth when vaping, why is this??I use 88 vape liquids.

    • Hi Jay,

Liquid spitting can be due to a number of reasons. The most common one would be either a flooded or faulty coil, in which cause you should replace the coil and be mindful to not over-prime your new coil or overfill your tank. If that doesn’t help, try a thicker eliquid, with a higher VG percentage. Hope this helps and thank you!

  92. Why does the T20S leak through the air holes all of a sudden?
Ive tried changing the coil that came with product and it stills leaks.
Ive tried yet another coil and its still leaking through the air holes.
Ive had the product for about a month and there were no leaks before today. Do I need to buy a new product every month?

    • Hi Christine,

It sounds like an o-ring was misplaced or damaged. Check the bottom and top of the tank where the glass comes into contact with the base and top section of the tank. If there’s a semi-opaque ring in both places, inspect it to ensure it’s not torn. If one is missing, you’ll need to replace it. There should be a replacement pack of o-rings inside the box the Endura came in. If not, you’ll need to purchase a replacement pack of seals. They are available on http://www.innokinstore.com. Hope this helps.

  93. I have purchased the innokin endura t20 s and i’m very happy with it but i’m wondering if you will think about making a coil for nic salts as i have a pod system that can use it

  94. My t20s will not turn on or charge. No lights come on and nothing happens, i’ve checked the code and its an authentic product.
    Any suggestions

    • Hi Lee,

Please try a different charging adapter and cable. If it still does not begin to charge, please contact our support at support@innokin.com as soon as you can. We offer a 90 day limited manufacturer warranty that covers defects in products, potentially like the issue you are facing. Hope this helps and have a great day.

  95. Hello, I was wondering if this can be used with e-liquid that contains nicotine? I saw a review on this product and it was stated that it can’t be used with nicotine containing liquid. It was an independent review, so I wasn’t sure if that was accurate or not, just wanted to clear that up.

    • Hi Tiff,

Yes, the T20-S can be used with e-liquid that contains nicotine. There are many laws and regulations for nicotine use and it was likely that the reviewer was trying to cover themselves from any potential legality issues. The T20-S works great with both freebase nicotine as well as nicotine salts. Thanks for your interest, have a good one!

  96. Love the T20S tank; please make a 22mm version with adjustable airflow, with hole size of Zenith D22, but 2 sided airflow such as on iSub-B, but only 3 holes each side. I have used iSub-B, Zenith D22 & Prism T20S coils (in appropriate tanks). T20S is much better than Zenith for MTL flavor, draw, & hit. Also, a SS316L 1.0 ohm coil.

  97. Me regalaron un t20s. Me parece excelente !

¡Gracias!

  98. Hi, I have a prism t20S and it’s been working fine for ages. I change the coil regularly. Today is has started flashing green and does not fire. I’ve tried turning it off and on, cleaning and resembling it, charging it.. nothing is working. Can you tell me what is wrong here and how do i fix it??

    • Hi Tuesday,

Flashing green typically indicates a short somewhere. Make sure the 510 connection area is clean and undamaged. Check the pin, threading, and male 510 threading of the tank. Replace the coil if you find no damage and are still having the error.

If replacing the coil doesn’t help, you may have an internal short or damage to the 510 connector, in which case you’ll unfortunately need to purchase a replacement T20-S. Sorry about that! Hope it’s just a coil short.

  99. Why are t20s coils getting hard to find in stock?

  100. Hi,

I bought T20 S Endura cigarette and I can’t use it because a very strong, chemical and unbearable taste appears each time I inhale. The taste is not the taste of burnt cotton like when it is the problem with a coil but something else – it is that strong and unpleasant that you have to wash your mouth after because you have an impression that this is poisoning. I have tried different liquids of different tastes and marks (Flavour power, Liquideo, Ben Northon, Pulp, Swoke, Novaliquides – 70/30 and 50/50 depending on the coil I was using) but the taste was still present. Each time I tried a new liquid I changed the coil in order not to mix it but it didn’t help. Could you, please, tell me, what could be the problem? I used the Verify device to check it – the cigarette and coils are the authentic ones. I had never had this problem before with my old cigarette even though I was using liquids of the same brands.

    Thank you !

    • Hi Katerina,

Please disassemble the entire T20-S tank and wash it thoroughly with soap and warm water. Be careful not to lose any o-rings while you clean the tank, and make sure they stay in their proper place after reassembly. Allow the tank to air dry. If the bad flavor persists, you may need a replacement set of o-rings and drip tip, which you can purchase on our webstore at http://www.innokinstore.com. Hope this helps!

      • Hi, thank you for your reply !

I did wash all the components of the cigarette several timeq and I changed o-rings because I had some extra ones in the box. But the taste is so strong I don’t believe it just stays somewhere inside the cigarette. I really think that there is something in the process of vaping that goes wrong each time. I have also noticed that when I use the menthol taste the chemical taste is much less present. So maybe the liquides or tastes I can use with this cigarette are limited ? Is there any exact type of the liquid you could recommend me to buy for it ?

        Kind reagrds,

        • Hi Katerina,

If menthol flavors are masking the issue for you, I’d recommend to continue using them. Menthol is a very overpowering flavor that cools the senses and is very consistent in puff to puff. It’s worth mentioning that menthol could degrade your coils quickly however.

  101. I purchased 2 Endura T20’s through Amazon, UK, in January and have generally found them to be well made.

2 days ago I replaced the coils in each, as I have several times. 1 of the tanks is leaking through the air holes. Took it apart, cleaned all parts and reassembled it and it continues to leaked. Once again took it apart and again replaced the coil, thinking the first replacement may have been faulty but it still leaks.

I replaced the coil in my other T20 without any problems.

    Your assistance will be appreciated.

    Jerry Butcher

    • Hi Jerry,

Check the lower o-ring in the T20-S to see if it’s damaged. If it’s torn or pinched, it could cause the leaking issues you’re experiencing. We offer replacement o-ring kits on our webstore, http://www.innokinstore.com. Please note that our warranty service is not applicable to tanks.

  102. I bought my enduran t20 s yesterday, few hours later, when I smoke , the steam is hot.

  103. How do I know when to replace the coil ?

    • Hi David,

The first and most common indicator that it’s time to change the coil is when you sense a burnt or muted flavor. It should be a fairly drastic change compared to the performance the coil has been providing. Once it starts tasting burnt, it’s ready to be replaced. The typical lifespan of a coil is between 1 to 2 weeks depending on usage. Hope this helps!

  104. Hi, I got my first T20-S today as a replacement for another ecig and it seems to be making a high pitched wining noise when you press the button to fire, is it faulty or do I just have have sensitive hearing?

    • Hey Penny,

A whine noise is fairly common. Some people are less sensitive to the sound than others, but it’s nothing to worry about. Thanks for buying an Innokin product! Cheers :)

  105. Patrick Stephens May 13, 2019 at 1:34 pm Reply

My T20s is only a few months old and the button seems to be faulty. the device charges fine but when I go to use it one of two things happen. either the button does not work at all or it does work and when you release the button it carries on burning juice until you press (some tings quite hard) the button again. is there a fix for this or do I need a replacement?

    • Hi Patrick,

It’s possible there is something stuck behind the firing button causing the switch to act like that. You could try displacing the dirt/debris/juice stuck behind the button using a few strong bursts with a thin nozzle compressed air canister. If that doesn’t seem to help, you likely need a replacement device. Our 90 day limited warranty service covers manufacturer defects. Please contact us at support@innokin.com to begin the warranty process. Sorry for the trouble Patrick.

  106. Hi folks,
I am very exited to get my new Proton mod. I want to use my Prism t20s with it. What are the recommended settings for this mod and coil combination? Especially the coil type is interesting. Thanks!

    • Hi Vladi,

Thanks for picking up a Proton! You can use any of the available coils for the T20-S with the Proton. My personal recommendation would be the .8ohm Kanthal coils at around 18W. Start the coil off at 15W to break it in and slowly increase the power to 18W over time. Hope this helps!

  107. Can I use the t20s tank on an Innokin Riptide

    • Hi Kieran,

No, the Riptide would provide too much wattage and likely burn the coil of the T20-S. You can use the T20-S on any adjustable power mod so long as you keep the power around 18w. Hope this helps.
