Endura T18 II

  1. When is the endurance t18 11 available in the uk

  2. Greetings,
I have been smoking the Endura T18 for 4+ ? years…or as long as I’ve been vaping. I love the feel of it and gives off just right amount of smoke with each draw. ‘But I do have one major complaint:
Numerous times I get a “dud”…meaning almost the instant the “on” button is hit, it gets very hot and starts sputtering hot liquid on my lips, in my mouth. The last one I just bought on ebay, I wanted to check its’ charge. So, I hit “on” and within 1-2 seconds smoke came up and I looked down the coil…it was burning red hot,.I had not charged it yet nor put any liquids in it.
What causes this reaction? Rarely, do I get this brand new and have this reaction, but it has happened on more than one occasion. Usually, it takes a few weeks, sometimes a month/two before it starts burning red hot. I’ve been extremely careful not to get vape juice down the hole, also given a new one plenty of time to absorb juice in coil.
Please advise…I don’t know if buying a new battery would help or not, but on the few new ones, I just spent $25-$30 on the vape. It’s a mystery to me and others what causes it…is it a simple, inexpensive fix? Since the new one bombed, I’m down to my last T18 vape.
    Thank you,
    Karen Loftin

  3. What’s the mod diameter???
I’m planning to use it with another atty

    • Hey Pam,

Our worldwide Endura T18.II release is coming extremely soon! Make sure to subscribe to our email newsletter to stay up to date with all Innokin news, and keep an eye out for your local Innokin vendor to get stock of the T18.II. Thanks for your support!

    • Hi Dmitry,

The T18.II uses standard Endura T18 coils, so this oil is suitable as a replacement. Thanks!

      • That’s a wrong information that costed me money as I ordered T18 coils on amazon which are too big for the T18ii. Quite bad misinformation from the manufacturer.

        • Hi Will,

The T18.II uses “Prism T18” coils, which are the coils used in the original T18/T22. Check with your seller that their listing is correct. If you have the TPD version, you will need Prism T18E coils. Please note that Amazon is not an authorized Innokin Dealer and as such we cannot provide warranty support for products purchased through Amazon. Thank you and have a good day!

  6. I’m verry happy about the new Endura T18II and also i can use the perfect old T18 coils. This is great.
When will it be available in Germany or Europe?
    Now it is November…Can’t wait.

    • Hi Sandra,

Worldwide availability is coming! Please make sure you’re subscribed to our email newsletter to stay up to date on all the latest Innokin news. Thanks for your support and interest!

  7. Hi can you get spare batteries for this vape please

    • Hi Debzz,

Not at this time. The T18.II is currently only offered as a kit complete with the T18.II atomizer. We may offer spare battery kits later as an option in the future, but I cannot comment further on that topic at this time.

  8. Hi,
Will there be a successor of the endura t22?

  9. Bought the T18II in the UK and love it, however I get different information with regards to the coils. Most websites mention that the T18II uses T18E coils (3 holes) and some claim it uses T18 (5 holes) coils.

I have now bought the T18E coils but this does not work, please provide the right info.

  10. I just got my new t18ii it is on charge but no light is on to tell me it’s charging how do I know when it is ready and how long should it be charged for the first time

    • Hi Emma,

There fire button LED should turn on when charging. Make sure your charging cable and adapter are properly plugged in!

A typical charge will take roughly 2 hours. Please only charge your vaporizers while attended. Thank you!

  12. Had good use for three days now nothing what could be problem. It’s charged fully

    • Hi Alison,

The coil may need to be replaced, either due to a short or lack of a proper connection. Make sure both the tank and the threads of your battery are nice and clean so the connection between the two is stable. If neither works, please contact our warranty support at support@innokin.com for more help. Thank you and happy vaping!

  13. Hi…

Just wandering but what is the wattage on the Innokin Endura T18II Vape Pen?

  14. Hiya, just bought one of these yesterday, how do I know when it is fully charged? Can’t seem to find anything in the manual about charging

  15. Hi,

I have been using my pen for a couple of weeks now with no problems at all. However today when I try to take a drag from it only about 1 second of cape comes through before it stops and the LED flashes 3 times. It is fully charged and connections are clean? What could the issue be.

    • Hi Sam,

Based on your description it sounds like i’ts a coil short most likely. A few weeks is a fairly long time for one coil- I’d replace it and see if it fixes your issue. Let me know how it goes.

  16. I need a new tank, I have smashed the glass in mine ? Can I buy a replacement ? I have only had it for a few weeks :(

    • Hi Lily,

We offer a large number of replacement parts for our products on our webstore, http://www.innokinstore.com. If you cannot find the replacement part you’re looking for on our website, please contact our support team at support@innokin.com via email and request a replacement part be sent to you directly. Please take note that there may be a small fee incurred for shipping. Thank you for your support and have a wonderful New Year!

  17. Love the vape – Would recommend changing the product description to say powered by T18E coils and NOT T18 coils… Purchased this vape on Amazon along with what I thought were the correct coils (Reading the product description on Innokin’s genuine website I thought this must be trustworthy!) Turns out this vape used T18E coils – Bit disappointed as had to arrange RMA for incorrect coils, but only minor comment other than that, the vape itself is amazing!

    • Hi Ollie,

Do you happen to be located in the EU? T18E are shorter than original T18 coils. The standard T18.II takes T18 coils. T18E coils fit in the smaller T18.II tank.

      • The T18ii comes with two coils. These coils are three holes high. The T18 have 5 holes. Why are you misinforming your customers? The t18ii does not use T18 coils.

        • Hi Shaks,

The “5 hole” coils are for the full sized T18, T22, and T18.II. The 3 hole coils are specifically for the “E” version of Endura tanks, which feature smaller chimneys to accommodate for the TPD European 2mL restriction. Please keep that in mind when purchasing Endura coils. Thanks!

  18. I’ve just bought this and would like to know if the LEDs are meant to go out when the pen it’s fully charged.

  19. Love the product and I’ve had it cube it released. I do a lot of travelling for work and carrying an extra wall socket can be a pain. Can I plug this into a 5v/2.4amp usb socket? I appreciate it recommends 1.0 (and I’m not expecting it to charge any faster as a result), but does the device have control electronics to handle this?

    • Hi James,

Please keep it down to 1A. A higher amperage requires step down from the adapter you’re using. If the adapter does not step down the amperage, you could potentially damage your T18.II charging circuit.

Glad you’ve been enjoying it! Happy vaping.

  20. Hi

I love my original T18 and particularly like that I can vape while charging. Is this a feature that has carried on in this version?

    • Hi Nell,

Yes, the T18.II also features the vape-while-charging feature, also known as passthrough charging. Be careful how often you use this feature, especially on a low battery, as this puts the battery through high stress and can decrease the overall lifespan of your battery cell. Thank you for your support and happy vaping!

  21. I’ve lost my magnetic cap for T18 II where can I get a replacement. Thanks.

  22. When vaping, after pressing the button I get 3 flashing lights and then no vape. Have replaced coil and fully charged. Any ideas? Thanks

    • Hi Rachael,

If the flashing lights are green, that indicates a short. Likely an internal one as you’ve replaced the coil. Try pulling up on the 510 pin gently if this is the case.

IF it’s a multicolored flash, the battery is not charged. This indicates either a malfunctioning charger, charging cable, or internal battery. Test each of the three to conclude which is the issue.

If the product was purchased within 90 days, you are eligible for a warranty claim. Please contact us at support@innokin.com at your earliest convenience if this is the case. Apologies for the trouble!

  23. Is this product out in the US? The store still says “Pre-Order).

  24. The large clear o-ring fell out of my tank when I was refilling it. I’m not sure how to put it back in or where it goes. Do you have any tips please?

  25. Does this work well with high nicotine pod juice?

    • Hey Bill,

It sure does! If you use the airflow control ring to restrict the drag, it will feel very much like a vape you’d expect from a pod system. The entire Endura line is great with high nic juice, especially nic salts. Thanks!

  26. I have the T18II. While vaping the booklet states it will blink twice and let you know how much it is charged.
Mine blinks 3 lights twice, then 1 light once.

Does this mean it is fully charged or needs more charging?

  27. I have this product, and it’s wonderful. When buying e-juice, some products are best when the tank is a Sub Ohm. Description doesn’t say, so is the Prism tank Sub Ohm?

    • Hey Joy,

The T18.II kit can use either 1.5ohm or 2ohm Endura coils. These are not sub-ohm coils, but you can certainly use nicotine salt ejuice with the T18.II. In fact, salt nic usually tends to favor higher ohm coils. :) Happy vaping!

  28. What is actual size of t18 II compared to original t18? Different sites are quoting different dimensions constantly.

    • Hi Marc,

Both products have the same diameter of 18mm, but the T18.II is slightly taller than the standard T18, by about 10mm. Keep in mind that height varies based on the type of tank bundle you purchase. Thanks for your interest!

  29. Hi, can you advise any websites I can buy this from and get shipped to India? I can’t find it on Elego Mall and Fast Tech.

  30. Left comment earlier but put in incorrect email address. I’ll repeat query.
Just purchased T22 & it doesn’t seem to turn on. Followed instructions and pressed start button 3 times but no green light shining on start button. Instructions are to press but 3 times & then hold down button to vape. Battery indicator button shows ‘green’ on charger.
    What could be the problem?

    • Hey Martin,

Sorry to hear about the issue you’re having with your T22. I recommend you get in touch with our official support email, support@innokin.com. Contact them as soon as you can to troubleshoot the issue, or open a warranty claim if necessary. Sorry again for the trouble.

  31. I brought the t18ii today and it won’t work

    • Hi Beth,

Make sure you press the firing button 3 times rapidly to turn the device on. If it doesn’t respond, put it on the charger. The battery may be low, or dead. If neither makes the mod respond, you will need to return it to the store you purchased it from, or contact our support team for a warranty replacement. You can email them anytime at support@innokin.com. Sorry for the trouble Beth!

  32. Hi, I purchased the T18ii vape about 2 weeks ago. It stopped working and I just assumed it had run out of battery so charged it again. When I press the button all 3 lights light up and stay on for around 5 seconds and nothing is coming out. I have changed the coil twice to see if it is a faulty coil?

    • Hi Hannah,

Thanks for your support! I’m sorry to hear that you’ve experienced issues with your T18.II. It sounds like there’s an issue with the 510 connector of your battery, considering a coil swap did not help. I recommend getting in contact with our support team at support@innokin.com. They will assist you in fixing the issue, or going through the warranty process to have a new one exchanged with your current mod. Apologies for the trouble and hope you get it resolved quickly.

  33. What if all three lights flushes at the same time when you go to hit it???

  34. Hi bought t18ii few weeks ago nothing but hassle battery was faulty, got vape changed a d now its been charged, 2nd light flashing not firing up

  35. Replaced the coil, and now it won’t fire up. How do you reset? Thanks

    • Hey Clive,

The device turns on and off with 3 quick presses of the firing button. Otherwise, there is no hard “reset” option on the T18.II. Make sure the coil is properly inserted in the tank and that the threads of your tank and battery and clean.

  36. Does this vape produce a decent amount of smoke? Also do they last for a long time?

    • Hi Katie,

The T18.II is a mouth-to-lung focused kit, which generally trades lower vapor production for more intense and concentrated flavor.

As a beginner starter kit, it will help you transition from smoking to vaping, but is not designed to last forever. The battery inside the device is non-replaceable and will last for roughly 350-500 charge cycles before the kit will need replacing.

For a long last kit, look into something like the Proton, which has removable and replaceable batteries. Thank you!

  37. Should I be vaping and storing with this model vertical/upright only? The instruction manual doesn’t indicate, but when I leave it on it’s side liquid seems to either leak and spits into the mouth piece or I hear sputtering in the air holes. I’m new to using this. I am only filling to just at the 5th hole on the coil, and top and bottom are tight. Curious if I’m using it wrong.

    • Hi Gibby,

Generally, all vaporizers should be kept in an upright position to avoid leakage. Close off the airflow ring when you fill the tank to ensure a vacuum forms. Hope this helps.
