  1. I have an innokin mvp 20w in my possession. what I don’t like about this is that I have an arctic tank with btdc. I use it on a sigelei 150w tc. the threads on the tank arent long enough to touch the heating well on the innokin.

This should be a universal measurement. all tanks should be the same. my tank works with any other box out there in its league, why not this one?

you guys market this box and include a pos tank with it, the iclear 30s, that quite honestly, cant even work at above 10w. if you put it above 10w, even 10.5w, it automatically burns.

This is a good box (could be loads better. would be nice if it went to 40w instead of 20w. and if the threads were re-worked so that you could put ANY market tank on there instead of the POS stock ICLEAR30S with 1.5 ohm resistance coils. I use a 0.2 ohm sub tank in my sigelei 150w. how are you supposed to get any enjoyment out of this f***ing box???) but the tank included with it from the website is *$(#. There needs to be a list of tanks that WORK WITH THIS BOX.

    • Hi Matthew.

The reason you cannot use your Artic with the MVP20W is because the ohm load is too low for the MVP20W. The MVP20W supports a minimum 1.0 Ohm resistance- please use atomizers above that resistance for the best experience.

  2. Hi can you tell me what tanks and coils you need to use with the mvp 20 as i have one but want to upgrade it

  3. i bought my new MVP 20W a week ago. the battery holds a charge for 7h only :(

  4. I have an mvp 20w and blinked red the other night and now won’t charge when I plugged it in, is the device dead? If so, how can this be fixed?

    • Hi there Shelby.

How old is the device? Do you have any other chargers to test it with? Did it show any other odd behavior before blinking red?

Hope I can help you solve the issue. Thanks.
